Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• Tracking: All orders include a tracking number sent to your email/SMS after dispatch.
• Shipping Areas: We currently ship across India.

Return & Replacement Policy

• Eligibility: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged/defective items only.
• Conditions: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Process: Email us at maximustechgadgets@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 82202 95869 with photos.
• Replacement: We’ll send a replacement once we verify the issue. No cash refunds.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only provided for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch.
• In case of non-delivery due to courier issues, a full refund will be initiated.

Payment Options

• We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD is available for select pin codes only.

• Your personal details (name, phone, address) are kept confidential.
• We never share or sell your data to third parties.
